In order for professional dishwashers to work so quickly without compromising on hygiene, they must have certain features, including a wash tank that maintains a temperature of 55℃ to 60℃ and a rinse boiler that maintains a temperature of 80℃ to 90℃ to ensure best-in-class rinsing and sanitisation.

This can be used for processing most items, where the prior model is designed primarily as a glass washer. |

Finally, we have our best-selling hood-type dishwasher, Electrolux Professional Model 505103 – a staple in larger kitchens around Australia and the most ergonomic option. For businesses with the possibility of accommodating the larger footprint, this machine offers the benefits of processing efficiency of up to 60 racks per hour. |
It’s worth noting that as each of these models includes an automatic chemical dosing pump, businesses will need to allow space to house the detergent and rinse aid chemicals.
