This system enables payment via mobile phone, tap, website or kiosk using credit and debit cards – meaning customers don’t need to remember coins and the lack of cash inside the laundromat reduces the risk of break-ins. The eCleanPay system is tailored to both customer and business satisfaction, giving Cosimo the added ability to remotely operate his machines. This means that, on the extremely rare occasion a machine breaks down, customers can contact Cosimo and he can restart the machine from a distance – conveniently saving himself and his customers crucial time.
