Richard Jay, a leader in the Australian B2B laundry equipment, dispensing and chemical industry, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in Symbio Australia, a manufacturer and distributor of high-grade chemicals and cleaning solutions.
Since 1969, Richard Jay has been selling to and servicing vended laundromats, commercial laundries, hospitality, mining and aged care businesses across Australia.
In 2017, the company expanded its portfolio with a new division, JayChem – a premium chemical brand focused on disrupting established global players in the B2B sector with its highly personalised, innovation-driven cleaning and hygiene programs.
