Pony Baby / OMEGA Combo
This versatile set allows you to finish ironing twice as fast as most domestic solutions. This efficiency is due to the high output boiler, which provides high pressure and dry steam. At Richard Jay, we ship all ironers with Teflon shoes. This insulates heat, reducing the chances of scorching or burning delicate items.
The compact 1.8L boiler, has an element moulded into the aluminium base of the boiler, meaning higher reliability in areas with hard water. This is our only manually refilled boiler, so there is no need for water mains. However, this does interrupt ironing during refilling.
The Omega Pro ironing table includes a vacuum motor which holds items in place while removing moisture while ironing. The ironing table is foldable & can be stored away when not in use. This ironer/boiler also has a handle for easy handling and storage.
The Pony Baby/OMEGA model is recommended for customers in low-use scenarios with up to two hours of finishing per day, who are also wanting to benefit from a great result at a lower cost compared to professional set-ups.
Pony FVC
Our best-selling finishing table globally, this robust table includes a commercial 5 litre boiler that automatically refills through water mains and provides the best in class steam production.
The vacuum motor is 250W and 3 times stronger than OMEGA’s 73W. As a result, this model holds even heavy items in place during the preparation and finishing stages. This can be connected to one or three phases, therefore – pending power availability – this allows nice flexibility to cater to all scenarios. The table includes a sleeve shape with vacuum, for fast and easy handling of shirts.
The Pony FVC is ideal for customers ironing for many hours per day and processing high volumes of non-delicate items.

Pony GENUS S
In addition to features included with FVC, this model has a larger ironing surface of 1300 x 500 x 250mm versus 1100 x 380 x 230 mm. This extra space allows for the finishing of larger items with greater ease.
The vacuum motor is upgraded to 600W versus FVC’s 250W, providing the ultimate performance. The vacuum motor also reverses to create a blowing feature, which allows for finishing of more delicate items as demonstrated in this tutorial video:
Richard Jay also supplies an ironing support at the front of the table, improving ergonomics. The Pony GENUS S model’s steam and electric cables are supported by the overhead gantry, which keeps the working surface free and clean from necessary obstacles.
