A step-by-step process for laundry equipment installation

Pre-delivery

Once your order is confirmed,
our operations team will
receive documentation
detailing equipment setup and
delivery/installation
requirements. Subsequently,
they will contact you to discuss
and plan a suitable date for
delivery or installation.

Delivery

Delivery is offered either with or
without installation, depending
on the product type. If it’s
delivery-only, the machine will
be shipped to your door. For
delivery and installation, our
service team will supervise the
offloading and positioning of the
product in your laundry.

Installation

We recommend the
installation and commissioning
of equipment by a trained
technician. This process
involves unpacking, making
physical connections to
services, and conducting a full
cycle test to ensure proper
functionality.

Training & support

After the installation, our Sales
Executive provides training on
the correct operation to ensure
the adoption of best practices
and achieve optimal laundry
efficiency, thereby fulfilling the
promises made during the
consultation process.
