Payment solutions for holiday parks – coin, cashless or both
Here at Richard Jay we offer a range of coin and cashless payment solutions from Tangerpay, Nayax and LG for holiday parks. We find many smaller, family-owned holiday parks still prefer coin or token operation because it’s easier for elderly guests, and avoids the ongoing fees associated with cashless systems.
However, in our experience many larger holiday parks or groups generally opt for cashless payment, which has the following benefits:
- Funds are automatically sent to the park’s bank account, removing the need to collect coins and deposit them at the bank.

Choosing between single and stack machine
Our biggest-selling commercial platform is the stack washer/dryer, but 99% of holiday parks opt for single washers and dryers. This is due to a number of factors, including the fact the parks have enough space for singles, maintenance is quicker and easier, previously dominant top-load washers can’t be stacked and stacks cost more to purchase.
